Our Clients are looking for a talented lettings agent to be an integral high performer within our team.

They are an independent agency with proven market leading success in the area.

Their excellent reputation is built on delivering consistent results and quality client care.

The role will involve conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and providing first class client care as well as generating and carrying our rental valuations.

The salary package will be made up of commission, car allowance and a basic salary.

Monthly bonuses will also be in place.

Own car essential.

Job Type: Full-time Benefits:

Company pension

Schedule: ·Monday to Friday ·Weekend availability alt Saturdays

Supplemental pay types: ·Commission pay ·Performance bonus ·Yearly bonus

Experience: ·Lettings: 2 year (required)

·OTE £35,000-£40,000.
