Are you an experienced and respected Senior Lettings Negotiator/Manager, keen to develop a career with a prominent independent agency in Beds/Herts.
We are looking for a highly successful, ambitious and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator/Manager to join this market leading multi branch independent company.
You will be required to help grow their residential Lettings business and expand on their market share.
The Company:
An independent and well-known residential estate agency, focusing on the Beds, Bucks & Herts area. Their main objective is to provide clients with an exceptional service, equipped with strong local knowledge and experience in residential sales and lettings.
Requirements:
- A proven track record in letting residential property
- Confidence in dealing with figures and targets
- Ability to manage and motivate a lettings team
- Driving licence + Car
Duties and responsibilities of the Sales Manager:
- Taking a hands-on approach to listing new instructions
- Overseeing the marketing of properties
- Managing the staff
- Monitoring performance across the office against set targets and objectives
- Networking with agents and developers to identify new opportunities
- Planning and initiating new business development strategies
- Ensuring that all members of staff deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Making every effort to raise the branch’s profile in the local area and beyond
