Senior Landscape Architect

Bennett and Game are currently representing a well-established, leading landscape design practice based in Winchester, who are seeking an ambitious Landscape Architect to join the company, with idea of taking the business forward in the near future.

The projects range in size, from country gardens to much larger rural estates with project values ranging up to the million mark. Many of the practice's projects involve designing and restoring gardens and landscapes around listed and historic buildings, but they are also involved with clients and architects to create gardens around new buildings. Alongside focusing on traditional design, our client's ethos also revolves around the suitability of a project, putting this at the forefront of each and every project.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a meticulous Landscape Architect, who is ready for the next step in their career, taking on a new challenge whilst having full freedom on the creativity of a project.

Senior Landscape Architect Position Benefits

• Degree qualified within Landscape Architecture
• Chartership and CMLI status (preferred but not essential)
• Experience leading a project's and supporting junior members of staff is ideal
• Ability to work with VectorWorks or AutoCAD
• Full UK driver's license and own transport
• High attention to detail is essential, alongside outstanding communication skills
• Live in a commutable distance of Winchester

Senior Landscape Architect Position Remuneration

• Competitive salary, ranging between £30,000 to £45,000 depending on experience
• 20 Days holiday plus Bank Holidays, rising with service up to a maximum of 10 days

Senior Landscape Architect Position Overview

• Involved in all aspect of projects working within the team, focusing on the design aspects of a project
• Creating detailed designs and layouts
• Producing hand draw and computer-generated sketches, using VectorWorks on a daily basis
• Create construction detailing's
• Working on a variety of high-end, bespoke, luxury Residential and Country Estate projects
• Manage clients professionally
• Assist Junior members of the team and work as the project lead,
• Attending public, client and team meeting
