Senior IT Recruitment Consultant (Growing SME)

Located in Reading this client has been one to watch over the last few years, due to the fact they offer something a little different with regards to working environment.  Set up off the back of an IT Consultancy this company has great connections and routes in to many businesses, they operate on a flat management level even the Director still bills and gets involved in working with all new consultants to ensure they have roles to work and to help them grow their individual markets.

The role my client is looking to fill is a Senior Consultant, the candidate should have 12 months plus IT Recruitment experience and ideally be looking to work for a company that will allow them rapid career progression through results rather than length of time worked in the company.  The candidate must be commercially aware, be able to client face at Directorate level and above all be self motivated.
