Senior Internal Auditor

Marks Sattin are currently working with a leading PLC who are recruiting for a Senior Internal Auditor to join the team.

The purpose of the role will be to plan audits focusing on the risk areas, reviewing risks at a senior level and managing project delivery. You will also manage and help develop juniors and the team growth moving forward while handling the more senior stakeholder engagements.

Role will include:

• Completion of end-to-end audits on a timely basis with follow ups, gathering evidence that actions have been completed
• Managing senior stakeholders and reviewing/documenting the risk reviews
• Managing and delivering the projects
• Audit assignments to be carried out within effective timescales to achieve the overall audit plan
• Supporting and managing the junior members on the team

Experience:

• Ideally looking for someone coming from an internal audit, external audit or public sector background
• Looking for someone keen to make their first move into Industry
• You will carry a professional qualification such as CIA
