Are you an Infrastructure Specialist yearning for a new and exciting challenge? Look no further! We're on the lookout for dedicated Infrastructure Engineers to join our elite team providing third-line support at one of our most esteemed defense customer sites.

Your expertise will shape the technological landscape at one of our outstanding defense secure sites.

Tackle both hardware and software support on a large and dynamic secure site,supplying integration reports for new software and hardware while efficiently running software components distribution through Microsoft SCCM.

Based Salisbury OR Portsmouth - Hybrid 2 days on site per week . You do need to be eligible for SC and DV Clearance

What you'll be doing:

• Offer top-notch technical support on various client-side technologies, including Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and diverse hardware devices
• Take charge of SCCM, Ivanti, and VMware environments, ensuring seamless application packaging, software updates, patch management, and endpoint security
• Collaborate with multi-functional IT teams to implement ground breaking technologies, policies, and procedures, improving the overall client experience
• Showcase your documentation skills by producing end-user documents and operational procedure documentation for service desk personnel
• Fix and resolve issues related to network connectivity, printing, and other IT-related problems
• Take part in after-hours support and maintenance activities, demonstrating your commitment to excellence

What you’ll bring:

• Microsoft SCCM Administration: Expertise in software distribution, OS deployment, and monthly patches
• 3rd line experience within a client-side support environment with an understanding of the business impact of problems on the customer
• Producing end-user documents and operational procedures
• Experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and various hardware devices. Knowledge of networking fundamentals is a must

It would be great if you had:

• Technical accreditation (e.g., MCSE) is essential, and additional accreditation in other technology areas is a big plus
• Familiarity with application virtualization (e.g., APPV), VDI management and support, endpoint device control (Ivanti), secure remote access, and ITIL v3
