Senior IFA Administrator / Team Leader

This Senior IFA Administrator / Team Leader job in Gerrards Cross provides opportunity to join a well-established IFA firm, providing holistic financial planning to private clients.

You will be working closely with the Principal Financial Advisor, acting in a team leader capacity, whereby you will be managing the team workflow. As such, you will be delegating tasks and also hosting regular team catch ups to identify outstanding actions and where additional support is needed.

In addition, you will be a key point of contact for clients, to assist with smoothing over any queries when the Principal Financial Advisor is unavailable.

Alongside other support staff, you will be focused on supporting a busy Financial Advisor, who writes a significant level of business. You will play a key role in ensuring the team appropriately prepare the Financial Advisor for client meetings and actioning post meeting tasks.

Senior IFA Administrator / Team Leader Requirements

• You should have excellent experience as an IFA Administrator within a financial planning or IFA firm
• You should excellent knowledge of financial planning products and processes
• You should have experience of liaising with clients to answer queries
• Individuals with team leadership experience would be preferred

• Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus company benefits
