We are excited to be partnered with a leading food and beverages company that is on the lookout for a new Senior HRBP to join their dynamic team based in Surrey on a part-time (30 hours per week) basis.

The Senior HRBP will play a defining role in developing and improving the people processes and wider organisational structures and policy. This is an opportunity to join a small but strong team and be able to have a real significant impact on the most important matters that the people in this business face.

You will be someone that is happy with a slightly earlier start a couple of times a week due to time zones but this will also allow you to work flexibly in so many other ways.

This role would be great for someone who needs a slightly shorter week due to other commitments or perhaps someone that has worked just above this level and wants to return to the workplace.

The Senior HRBP will be expected to forge great relationships with key stakeholders on-site and remotely at times and this will set the foundations for your future success and that of the business.

Ideally this person will have some experience in the FMCG industry and be able to use their creativity and confidence to influence decisions made by the business leaders.

This is a company where teams work very collaboratively and everyone has a voice to contribute to the direction of travel. Some exposure to change projects would also be beneficial to your application as well as experience managing a small team as this role as a direct report.
