Full Time Contract ( 1-2 months)

Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Senior HR Consultant in Rotherham. This is a contract with a scope for transferring to permanent position working full time hours.

The job:

• Carry out research, monitoring of data and reviews of local and national policy and best practice
• Lead / facilitate other staff to ensure effective service delivery and delivery of projects, including training
• Provide effective performance management and coordination of resources
• Organise and chair meetings, focus groups, and working groups
• Ensure good financial management

The candidate:

• Experience in a similar role within the public sector
• Experience supervising others in a HR setting
• Experience working in a trade union environment
