Senior HR Consultant needed in Rotherham Paying  £20.85 per hr ref 1248136

Full time hours on a temporary basis

  • Supporting the HR Business Partner to deliver high level specialist HR advice, guidance and operational support to managers and employees ensuring that policies and procedures are followed appropriately
  • Supervise HR Consultants in delivery of the full employee lifecycle and change management, providing appropriate support and guidance as required. Developing effective working relationships with managers and employees of all levels, and trade union representatives to deliver solutions on a range of HR/workforce issues, recommending and influencing action or support as appropriate.

  • This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of the HR policies and procedures, and the implementation of improvements to procedures and best practice guidance. Developing and managing the delivery of HR related learning and development events for managers to build and improve individual and organisational capability
  • Ideally experience in a HR role providing high level/specialist advice and guidance in the following: recruitment & retention, change management including restructuring and TUPE, terms & conditions, high level/complex employee relations case work including disciplinary, grievance and capability, attendance management.
