Senior HR Consultant

R13 Recruitment are working alongside an award-winning consultancy business in their search for a Senior HR Consultant & Project Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple client projects, supporting varied HR needs and providing an outstanding service at all times.

This is a full time, permanent, remote position with travel required across Norfolk and Suffolk, and is offering a salary of up to £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.

The day to day

• Providing exceptional strategic HR plans and services to multiple clients, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring exceptional service is maintained.
• Acting as the main point of contact and leading on client communications, conducting regular meetings, maintaining strong working relationships and making sure clients are updated and their HR requirements are delivered.
• Managing a team, conducting 1-1 meetings, appraisals, and ensuring the team are motivated and performing within company guidelines.
• Ensuring services are optimised and in line with company and legal guidelines.

You will have/be

• Ideally Level 7 CIPD qualified (minimum Level 5 is required for this role).
• Proven experience providing exceptional HR services to multiple clients, with an up to date and in-depth understanding of current laws and regulations.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills and leadership skills.
