About the opportunity:

We are the internal recruitment partner for our client, a global provider of high-quality and affordable equipment to the music industry in persistent pursuit of innovation and customer satisfaction.

We are presenting an exciting NEW opportunity for a highly knowledgeable and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team in Manchester.

As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will be tasked with the overall responsibility of leading the HR function in the UK, home to four of their twelve world-renowned brands.

Working closely with global "Heart Leaders" as part of a global HR team, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformative change whilst ensuring a consistent approach to HR practices across the organisation.

In particular, you will:

  • Implement and oversee effective performance management strategies to enhance individual and team productivity.
  • Lead the Learning and Development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous growth.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies, creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Strategically focus on employee retention and attraction, implementing initiatives to retain top talent and entice new recruits.
  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, implementing process improvements.
  • Proactively address ER issues, working towards effective solutions.
  • Design and implement reward programmes.
  • Translate global HR policies to ensure compliance with UK employment laws.

You will have the full support from their trusted HR outsourcing partner, Vero HR, where you will leverage resources and expertise to deliver an integrated HR approach.

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Substantial experience in a senior HR generalist role.
  • Professional experience in a multicultural environment within an international organisation.
  • A strong understanding of UK employment law and its practical application.
  • Excellent communication skills, together with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels and build credibility quickly.
  • Extremely customer focused.
  • Highly flexible and adaptable with an enthusiastic approach and a "can do" attitude.
  • A "positive troublemaker" with the ability to challenge standard processes and drive improvements.
