A national professional services firm based in the City Centre are looking for a passionate and committed Senior HR Business Partner for an exciting opportunity in their lively officein the City. Working as part of a well-established and forward-thinking team, you will be required to add value and innovative process developments to drive change. TThis company offer a fantastic range of benefits, elements of flexible working. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Offering full support to the team in relation to strategic planning, initiative implementation, performance management, and project and change management

  • Challenging existing methods and processes in order to drive and manage change through close work with leaders in order to restructure and evaluate roles

  • Taking the lead on any ED&I work and strategy within the firm to increase and diversity and inclusion

  • Liaison with partners and managers in order toadvise on people issues ensuring everything is monitored through HR data analysis

  • Assistance in the firms reward practices ensuring compliance with company policies and fairness in relation to salaries and bonuses

  • Promotion of international mobility supporting the process and outlined package

  • Championing the learning agenda and encouraging and monitoring all participation as well and delivering training sessions where appropriate

  • Management of vacancy approval through acknowledgement of budgets and procedures as well as onboarding

  • Covering the Head of HR where needed.

We are looking for an individual with solid HR Business Partner experience ideally within a small or medium organisation.You must be happy with a full generalist aspect to the role and work at all levels. This is a close knit team so the successful candidate needs to be happy working collaboratively. Candidates must be CIPD level 7 qualified or be working towards this qualification.
