Job purpose

To provide professional HR advice, support and guidance to leaders and employees in core people activities across the employee lifecycle, to include talent acquisition and retention, workforce and succession planning, employee relations, performance management, people development and policy development and implementation. To provide technical expertise and ensure legislative compliance.To coach line managers to achieve business goals by motivating and inspiring their teams to be the best they can be.
