Senior HR Advisor

Pertemps are delighted to bring to market an opportunity for a Senior HR Advisor.
The successful candidate will have strong experience with a wide range of HR products and services, to support outcomes aligned with the people and business strategy.
  • £40,000 - £45,000
  • Hybrid Working
  • Based in the West of Scotland
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Advise to Senior Business stakeholders, using insights and analytics to support the business and wider people strategy.
  • Oversight on employee relationships.
  • Advising on complex issues using HR knowledge.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Stakeholder management- experience partnering with various business areas.
  • Ability to effectively manage complex issues.
  • Good all-round experience of HR systems, practices and policies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
