Senior HR Advisor | Mansfield | Permanent | Up to £32,000

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for their next opportunity and is passionate about education. This is a brand new position to the company and you will be working alongside an amazing generalist HR team. You will manage the day-to-day working of the HR team. We are looking for a candidate who can confidently deal with complex ER cases and hit the ground running. You will get involved in exciting projects and work closely with employees giving them advice on HR matters. You will be getting behind a rewarding cause where you will be involved in making real difference to people’s lives. The foundations of the team are built on trust and integrity, with innovation being a high priority for them.

What you will be doing:
  • Day-to-day management of the HR department
  • Complex ER cases
  • Coaching and supporting employees
  • Ad hoc HR projects- including employee branding and internal communications
  • Champion for employee engagement
