Senior HR Advisor. £60-70K pa + Bens (Hybrid)

London

We are seeking a strong HR professional with a minimum of 5 years’ UK experience in HR to join an impressive global business based in London.

The current team provides financial, personnel, IT and associated administrative tasks are carried out in a cost optimized and efficient manner. The department acts as a service provider to the Group as a whole.

So, to strengthen the team they are hiring for a brand new role- a proven HR professional.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

· Lead the development, coordination and implementation of policies, procedures and processes

· Support and Coordinate Group Reporting requirements including the development of an appropriate Country Reporting

· Review, analyse and provide information by interpreting people data

· Lead the development of standards for Employment Conditions in compliance with applicable legislative requirements and group strategy

· Oversee and coordinate complex Employment relation cases and manage difficult cases professionally

· Lead the Compliance Monitoring including guidance and advice for manager and operative workforce

· Ensure the compliance of the Organisation with employment laws and regulations and recommend best practice, reviews and modification of policies and processes to maintain compliance.

· Analyse, coordinate and advice on remuneration policies including employee benefits programmes in compliance with Group strategy

Participate in the implementation of Special projects, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.

Requirements:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking with distinct problem-solving skills

· Strong personality with the ability to achieve set targets and goals

· Excellent knowledge of UK Employment legislation and GDPR (mandatory)

· Knowledge of UK Payroll and Tax legislation (desired)

· Knowledge of Payroll / HR Software Solutions (preferable MHR Itrent)

· Proficient with Microsoft office (mandatory)

Qualifications:

· Proven record of at least 5-year's UK experience in a similar role

· Minimum level 5 CIPD Qualification
