Our client is a well known, successful business with offices around the region. They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join them on a full time, permanent basis. The role will be undertaken on a hybrid basis with travel to local offices required.

Main duties will include:

  • Mentoring and coaching line managers
  • Performance management and ER duties
  • Regular pay review projects
  • Improvement of strategies and practices
  • Generalist HR duties as required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience within an HR Advisor role
  • Fantastic communication skills
  • Strong coaching and mentoring ability
  • The ability to work well within an HR team
  • CIPD Level 7 is desirable
