If you would enjoy a true business partnering role working as part of a small HR team, then this will be perfect for you. This leading Law firm are looking for a Senior HR Advisor (or HR Manager) who would enjoy a full Generalist role in a relationship driven role with plenty of autonomy and a mixture of operational and strategic work.

They are hoping to find someone who would enjoy a high touch role and take time to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders within the business to continue to embed effective people management and development skills and to drive the people agenda. The firm is going through a period of rapid growth and transformation, so it's an exciting time to get on board.

You will take responsibility for all strategic and operational activities for the London office and have a dedicated client group. The team work very closely, and you will have the support of a HR Advisor, HR Assistant, and a Coordinator. The role will offer you the chance to take responsibility for aiding in the development of HR strategy and carrying out that strategy in line with the firm's business goals. This will be achieved through the design and implementation of HR policies, practices and initiatives across all areas of people management.

The firm have adopted a hybrid working model and work 3 days in the office and 2 from home. They are looking for someone with:

  • HR Generalist with experience working in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of HR best practice.
  • Experience of building credibility and working effectively with senior internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to make complex HR decisions autonomously.
  • Strong team player.
