Interim (Senior HR Advisor Level) possible temp to perm
Position: Interim Junior HR Manager (Senior HR Advisor Level)
Duration: Beginning of April to Mid-June; potential for extension
Location: St Albans/Harpenden
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct redundancy consultations
• Organise and facilitate consultation meetings.
• Perform necessary calculations related to redundancy packages.
• Draft and send out official redundancy letters.
• Collaborate with HR Admin for letter preparation.

Requirements:

• Senior HR Advisor level experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with redundancy processes.

Compensation:

• The hourly rate is equivalent to £45,000 annually, depending on experience.
