Your new role This role works closely with business leaders and Line managers to achieve organizational objectives and develop employee and team engagement in a culture that provides wellbeing, fairness, and development opportunities.

  • You will be a partner to Managers, contributing to the achievement of strategic and functional objectives by providing advice, guidance and coaching on HR issues to managers and employees including workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, reward & recognition, employee performance & development, succession planning, culture, etc.
  • This HR generalist role with cover both ER/HR Advisory work as well as supporting and delivering projects.
  • An opportunity to take part in projects including transformation, talent review, development.
  • Build a strong relationship with the internal client.
  • Administration and maintenance of HR data and information systems.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition & HR Operations teams with the recruitment and On Boarding of staff.
  • Potential projects include transformation, talent review/development
  • This is an 8-month FTC (Maternity cover).
  • This role is based on site in Tewkesbury.



What you'll need to succeed

  • Thorough working experience of resolving casework problems including some complex.
  • Employee relations background.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Business acumen.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan and organise projects and people and make decisions.
  • A balanced approach to ensure fair judgement is applied to individual circumstances.
  • Pro-active and flexible.
  • Available for an 8 month assignment.
