An exciting opportunity a Permanent Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR BP job, within a collaborative, inclusive, family-friendly, international organisation, on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.
Your new role
As a Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR BP, you will be part of a busy HR team and your role will be both operational and strategic.
Responsibilities will include:
Business partner key stakeholders and support them with informed decision-making.
Advise and guide managers on people and culture policies, procedures and systems.
Manage complex ER cases, carry out investigations and produce investigation reports.
Developing recruitment campaigns and support the interview process.
Responsible for grading assessment and job evaluation.
Contribute to succession planning preparation.
Advise, guide and participate with inductions, probation, maternity, paternity, well-being, occupational health, annual pay reviews, re-grading and redundancy.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a Senior HR Advisor / Junior HR BP.
You must have experience managing complex ER cases from end-end.
You will ideally be qualified to level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
