Senior HR Advisor, 15 month FTC - Leading Charity - London with hybrid working - c£45,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a highly respected campaigning charity.

Reporting into the Head of Human Resources you will be delivering and overseeing high-quality, proactive HR advice and guidance on HR policies and processes. Your key accountabilities will include:-

  • Overseeing and improving the day to day delivery of HR services and HR administration
  • Coaching and supporting managers in handling performance and conduct issues
  • Providing HR support and advice to the Learning and Development Manager on the annual PDR process
  • Developing, coaching and supporting line managers with the full cycle of the recruitment process
  • Working closely with the Head of HR and HR Project Manager in reviewing and reviewing updating HR policies
  • Identifying key metrics to support operational decision making and inform strategic HR initiatives
  • Ensuring there is a continual focus on diversity, inclusion and anti-racism


You should be an experienced HR Advisor with a strong HR Generalist skill set gained working in a fast paced charity or not for profit organisation. A good knowledge of HR best practice, employment law and an ability to coach and influence line managers is essential. Ideally you will be CIPD qualified.
