Senior Healthcare Litigation Solicitor

A Senior Healthcare Litigation/Clinical Negligence Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Top 100, Defendant law firm based in Liverpool. Salary is negotiable dependant on experience.

My client is an award winning, international law firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their well-respected Healthcare Litigation team. Working for this forward thinking firm there is a flexible/remote working environment, excellent benefits along with opportunities for progression and development.

The successful Solicitor will defend Clinical Negligence claims on behalf of NHS Resolution & NHS Trusts. The claims will be of the highest value, in particular catastrophic birth injuries and child brain injuries, such as those involving cerebral palsy. You will lead on these cases with assistance from a team of clinical negligence lawyers.

Applications are invited from Solicitors with significant experience managing high value Clinical Negligence cases. You will possess strong supervisory skills with excellent client care and interpersonal skills. The role would suit candidates with a proven track record in a Defendant Clinical Negligence team within a similar commercial firm, however we are also happy to consider experienced Claimant Solicitors.

This is a fantastic Senior Clinical Negligence role for an ambitious Solicitor looking to join a leading UK law firm with a market leading salary and benefits package on offer.

Apply now for immediate consideration.
