Senior Hardware Design Engineer - Exciting Opportunity with Leading Tech Company

Lynx is working with a renowned tech company to recruit a Senior Hardware Design Engineer. In this role you’ll play a pivotal role in new product introduction as well as sustaining engineering for ground-breaking products. This is a hybrid role and also offers a bonus of 3-6%.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design electronic circuits, subsystems, and systems covering analog, digital, and RF
  • Schematic capture, layout, and library management
  • Evaluate new systems and technologies for feasibility and product design
  • Technical support for production, manufacturing, and troubleshooting
  • Design verification, testing, and documentation

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant hardware design experience
  • Strong expertise in digital circuit design (microprocessors, FPGAs, high-speed peripherals)
  • Solid skills in analog circuit design (power supplies, etc.)
  • Familiarity with PCB layout, EMC/CE marking, and design for IPC
  • Hands-on experience in PCB testing

Desired:

  • Proficiency with industry-standard design tools - Altium preferred
  • Understanding of military/airborne design standards (MIL-STD, DO-160, etc.)
  • Practical testing skills with scopes, analysers, JTAG boundary scan, etc.
