FP&A Business Partner 12 Month FTC Hybrid working 2 days office per week


As an FP&A Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis function, collaborating closely with various senior and exec stakeholders across the organisation. Reporting to the FP&A Director, you will provide insightful analysis, actionable recommendations, and financial expertise to drive informed decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:


Partner with business unit leaders and senior management to develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.


Provide timely and accurate financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modelling, to support decision-making and drive performance improvements.


Evaluate business performance against key metrics and KPIs, identifying areas of opportunity and risk, and recommending appropriate actions to optimise financial outcomes.


Support the month-end and year-end close processes, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business cases for new initiatives, investments, and cost-saving opportunities, conducting ROI analysis and sensitivity analysis as needed.


Assist with ad-hoc financial projects, initiatives, and process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.


Qualifications:


ACCA/ACA or CIMA Qualified with relevant FP&A experience.


Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business partnering, or related roles, preferably in an acquisitive business.


Experience working within a FTSE listed business would be beneficial, albeit not essential.


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


Excellent analytical skills with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
