+ West Midlands – 2days/week in the office

Pitch has partnered with an award-winning retailer in their hunt for a Senior Graphic Designer to join their team on a contract for the next 12 months.

Focussing on a range of activity you’ll deliver marketing solutions, printed collateral, internal marketing, POS, POP, packaging, retail design, you name it, you’ll get to do it! As you can see the creative team supports you with a multitude of projects, meaning no two days are the same and you will have plenty of opportunities to put your conceptual and creative magic to work.

So what would your day to day look like…. 

• Developing creative concepts for new ranges.
• Delivering design and artwork to the highest standards and service levels is your goal.
• Support junior members of the team where necessary.
• Work directly with and build relationships with clients and team members alike.
• Manage the whole process from brief to completion.
• Innovation and creativity drive everything you do.
• Excellent efficiency and time management skills.
• Assisting with the production of artwork with a concept to completion design skillset mindset.
• Able to contribute to innovative and new ways to deliver design.
• Understanding a brief and pro-actively considering the best response possible.
• Positive attitude towards challenging situations and multi-tasking.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work individually or as part of a team.

To be considered you’ll need to be fully conversant in the full adobe creative suite, Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are essential for the role. The ability to sketch and scamp would be a massive bonus but isn’t a deal-breaker.

3+ years working in a graphic design role is a must and experience of working in a creative department or environment would also be a huge bonus.
