£40,517 - £48,168 per annum

Our client is looking for a Senior Fundraiser to join their business on a full time permanent basis. This fantastic opportunity is based in the Stourbridge area.

You will work directly with the Director of Fundraising and be responsible working directly with the Director of Fundraising you would be responsible for raising a significant level of capital funding, taking particular responsibility for delegated sites and helping to support all sites and projects as and when needed.

You will be responsible for;

• Developing proposals and writing compelling cases for support
• Researching potential funders and matching them with projects
• Writing applications
• Raising significant level of capital
• To research opportunities to apply and benefit from capital grants
• To assist and advise Director of Fundraising, Trustees, and other senior leaders on all matters related to charitable funding.

The successful candidate will have;

• Excellent analytic, written, verbal, communication
• Excellent presentation skills
• Experience of investigating and researching topics and opportunities for philanthropic support.
• Managing a diverse workload
• Meeting strict deadlines
• Working within a complex organisation, be adaptable and show initiative with high levels of personal, emotional and social intelligence.
