Join the Biggest Fresh Produce Business in the UK as a Senior FP&A Manager

Henderson Brown, on behalf of the largest fresh produce business in the UK, is seeking a talented Senior FP&A Manager. In this role, you will partner with the Commercial & Procurement Director to drive revenue and profitability growth while providing invaluable insight into the commercial performance of the business.
Core Business Responsibilities but not limited to:
* Partner with the Commercial & Procurement Director and Heads of Department.
* Provide weekly reporting, trend & variance analysis with recommendations.
* Develop insightful Commercial analysis & reporting to optimise decision-making.
* Own the Annual Budgeting and Quarterly Reforecasting processes.
* Support an ERP rollout mid-late 2024.

Skills and Experience:

* Proven business partnering experience within the Produce industry or Manufacturing.
* Ability to analyse and explain financial figures to senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, including interpreting financial information for non-financial managers.
* Experience in implementing and maintaining controllership around financial processes.
* Strong IT ability and data modeling, mining & evaluation (Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable).
* Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)
