The Senior Fire Engineer's Role

As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will report directly to the Head of Fire Engineering, taking on the responsibility of self-managing various projects. Your role will involve direct liaising with clients and other relevant parties to ensure that expectations are met efficiently and effectively.

The consultancy is deeply engaged with sectors such as Education, Retail, and Commercial, requiring the Senior Fire Engineer to stay abreast of all compliance and regulatory changes in fire safety, ensuring all projects align with the latest standards and expectations.

The Senior Fire Engineer

• Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Fire Engineering.
• Requires a robust understanding of local fire safety codes, regulations, and standards.
• Should have a background in consulting or a similar client-facing role.
• Degree qualification in fire engineering, structural engineering, or a related discipline is essential.
• Proven experience leading client-facing meetings and managing internal project delivery teams is crucial.
• Should have demonstrable experience in both residential and commercial sectors.
