The Role

Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with oeprations, commercial finance and business unto leads. Through the analysis and interrogation of data and providing insightful information to operational stakeholders, you will be a key partner driving the success and direction of the UK business.

?Key Responsibilities

  • Support the local Finance Business Partnering team.
  • Partner with the key stakeholders to drive data, analysis & reporting.
  • Manage financial information & accurate costs.
  • Provide information for Budgets, Forecasts, and Long-Term planning.
  • Manage financial information & accurate costs.
  • Analyse cost base to ensure maximum cost recovery third parties.
  • Create & maintain rebate models, deal calculator and other programming tools.
  • Drive profit growth through reporting & delivering financial insights.
  • Work with stakeholders to help drive and improve business performance.
  • Develop and produce increasingly accurate forecasts and annual budget.
  • Assist in the maintenance forecast models in forecasting system, TM1.
  • nd internal business cases including capex and acquisitions.
  • Responsible for the provision and analysis of data for Sales forecasting and cost analysis.
  • Work with the Data Warehouse and TM1 teams to improve data & automate reporting.
  • Gather and analyse information for inclusion in the UK’s internal and external reporting.
  • Financial modelling, project reviews & internal business cases including Capex & acquisitions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvements in the budgeting & forecasting models.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider commercial finance team.

The Successful Applicant

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent) newly qualified or part qualified; study support is available.
  • Super expert/advanced Excel & IT skills, with highly developed skills and passion for data and modelling.
  • TM1 experience desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail, well organised and process driven.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, open and adaptable working style, keen to identify opportunities for improvements. Excellent planning and communication skills and personable in nature.
  • Confident, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Willing to travel to other sites across the UK during month end and budget.
