Salary: £55,000

Location: Chiswick - Hybrid 2 days per week in the office

Responsibilities:

• Handle funds received and oversee expenses tracking.
• Lead internal audits and ensure accurate reporting.
• Provide secretariat services for meetings and produce timely reports.
• Maintain document storage for easy access.
• Support Financial Controller with audits and reconciliations.
• Liaise with FSSC for process efficiency.
• Serve as central contact point for BSI Knowledge Solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver funded programs.

Requirements:

• Degree level education or equivalent qualification.
• Professional accounting qualifications preferred.
• Strong numerical proficiency with a keen eye for detail.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• Previous experience with funding agreements and governance is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
