Senior Financial Accountant FTC

Radley Green are working with a well established e-commerce / retail business based in Hertfordshire. They are seeking to add an experienced financial accountant to the team on a FTC Basis. The role will report into the Finance Manager and will incorporate a variety of tasks within the financial accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establishing and reviewing internal controls working closely with the business as a whole.
• Communicating with the senior leadership team and providing regular updates on the internal controls.
• Working across the month-end reporting procedures.
• Working closely with the auditors on any financial controls queries.
• Promoting financial control awareness and guiding the teams in establishing efficient controls.
• Ad-hoc project work.

The Ideal Candidate

• ACA/ACCA qualified.
• Big 4 audit experience is strongly desirable.
• Experience working closely with internal control maintenance.
• Strong efficient communicator.
• Well organised and motivated to work well within a team.
