Senior Finance Manager

Reed Finance is working with an innovative technology company based in North Bristol recruiting for a Senior Finance Manager to lead their finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the finance team including accounting, billing and credit control.
• Ensuring monthly, quarterly and annual financial information is prepared and reviewed.
• Performing monthly analysis of business unit performance and trends, including operational metrics.
• Reviewing monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation.
• Business partnering with managers.
• Maintaining a culture of continuous improvement for finance systems, identifying and resolving issues and proposing change and improvements.
• Participating in business process troubleshooting and enhancement initiatives, reviewing financial processes and proposing and implementing improvements.
• Overseeing management of payroll and associated taxes.
• Assisting in the preparation of the year-end statements and liaising with external auditors,
• Providing support across the Group, as required, for a range of potential finance transformation projects potentially including the implementation of new systems for accounting, inventory management and billing
• Providing support for other Group finance teams as required
• Attending and contributing to monthly management meetings.
• Development of direct reports and the wider finance team.
