Senior Finance Manager

The One Group are delighted to be supporting this high profile, market leading software business in their search for a Senior Finance Manager.
This is a newly created role brought about through continued growth and offers the successful applicant the opportunity to develop their career within a Cambridge-based employer of choice with a global presence.
Reporting to the Director of Group Reporting and working as a senior member of the Group Accounting team, this position plays a key role in the production of comprehensive group reports and accounts for board review. The main responsibilities will include:

The preparation of the group consolidated accounts for monthly internal reporting and group reporting to the holding company.
The production of the full actual reporting pack to the holding company.
Supporting the external audit process, acting as the liaison point for the auditors and providing relevant information.
Playing a key role in achieving the Group Accounting team objectives in consolidating group financial statements in line with IFRS standards.
The identification and implementation of of enhanced processes and controls to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Interested applicants will be qualified accountants with a strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards and multi entity consolidations and ideally have experience of working within a complex multinational organisation. You will need to demonstrate outstanding communication skills in order to develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across the business.
