One of Manchester's most reputable employers seeks a Qualified Senior Finance Manager (managing a sizeable team of bank reconciliation clerks and accounting technicians, overseeing high volume bank reconciliations) for a 12 month fixed term contract.
 
  • Hybrid (Manchester 2 days per week) Circa £55k - £85K
  • Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Must have experience of bank reconciliations and controls experience of leading team of 6 people+
 
THE ROLE  


Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of the Record to Report Team, you will be responsible for:

- Managing a team of circa 15 people (Accounting technician level) who are responsible for high volume bank reconciliations and overseeing high volume, low value transactions.
- Leading on verifying reconciliation and control of all banking transactions.
- Improving the end-to-end reconciliation processes and further developing the control environment to make sure regulatory requirements are met.

YOU MUST HAVE:

- ACA/ACCA/ACMA Qualification
- Experience of overseeing bank reconciliations and controls
- Experience of leading sizeable teams (ideally of at least 6 people)

PACKAGE

- Circa £55,000 - £85,000

This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in Manchester). Applicants must be able to commit to a 12 month FTC (potential for a permanent opportunity in the business thereafter)
