Senior Finance Business Partner

We are pleased to be recruiting a Senior Finance Business Partner for a well-known organisation based in Bicester. This role would suit an ambitious individual seeking to add value with a focus on stakeholder and team management.

The Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for driving the performance of the business through insightful financial analysis, and influencing, challenging and supporting Operations and Commercial colleagues.

• Provide strong and proactive finance business partnering to site plant managers and senior management, ensuring that the business understands how it is performing against set targets.
• Accountability for accuracy and completeness of site financials - income statement, balance sheet and cashflow for relevant entities.
• Produce monthly financial deliverables in line with agreed timetable, including the preparation of management accounts, budgets, forecasts, investment appraisals and presenting financial information. Presenting to the Head of Finance operations for review.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information, complying with financial policies and accounting standards, and promoting an environment of strong controls and governance.
• Identify risks and opportunities that may impact on business performance, and work with senior management to mitigate risk and maximise opportunity, tracking performance and driving delivery
• Promote business growth opportunities through financial evaluation of projects, acquisitions or any capital expenditure in the relevant business area. Assess return on investment of projects.
• Drive ongoing business and process improvement

• Good knowledge of management accounting and strong business analysis knowledge
• Commercial experience
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong team player with motivation skills.
• IT literacy with integrated accounting systems proficiency
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with at least 5 years PQ
