Senior Finance Associate

We are presently seeking a Senior Associate with over 5 years of PQE to join this international firm's Finance team.

This role is an integral part of their established Finance practice in London, which extends its reach nationally and internationally.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in trade and export finance and exhibit a keen interest in contributing to a rapidly expanding team.

Background:

• The firm are committed to bolstering their expertise in trade and export finance and are actively seeking a Senior Associate to aid in the development of this particular team in London.
• Additionally, the firm advises a diverse array of funders and borrowers on various financing transactions.
• Their clientele includes major UK clearing banks, numerous European and investment banks, independent financiers, and investment funds, encompassing a wide spectrum of facilities ranging from acquisition finance, leveraged finance, and real estate finance to asset-based lending, securitization, and debt capital markets.
• They also represent a multitude of borrowers, ranging from listed companies to small enterprises, in their financing endeavors.

The ideal candidate:

• Must have prior experience in trade and export finance at a leading City firm.
• Should demonstrate technical excellence, combined with a strong commercial acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for business and practice development.
• Must exhibit strong teamwork skills with a client-focused approach, a dedication to the product area, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.
