Senior Finance Assistant

Reed Accountancy is delighted to be working with a returning client within the bustling city centre of Aberdeen.

My client is looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join their growing business and team. This role has been created, due to the growth of their organisation. 

The role:

• Hours – full-time & permanent (9am – 5pm with a 1-hour lunch) 
• Location – Aberdeen city centre
• Office – Fully office based
• Salary - From £30,000 per annum

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Preparing all financial reports and statements
• Assisting the Management Accountant with financial planning and budgets
• Managing and preparing cash flow
• Preparing VAT returns
• Overseeing the full transactional function

Candidate Attributes:

• MS Excel and Sage experience
• Ability to communicate at all levels and with several departments
• Proficient in financial recording
