An exciting media and entertainment company are looking for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to our dynamic environment. The Senior Finance Assistant will report to the Finance Manager, Head Of Finance, and get exposure to all areas of finance including month-end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the AP function for US & JAPAC regions, ensuring timely approval of bills.
  • Review and process expenses accurately to maintain financial integrity.
  • Prepare weekly payment runs and conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Assist in billing and collections across UK, US & APAC markets.
  • Support FP&A with ad-hoc duties, including weekly cashflow projections.
  • Collaborate on audit processes and provide necessary evidence.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements in accounting software.
  • Contribute to integration projects with new acquisitions.
  • Manage finance correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders as needed.

About you

  • Strong technical accounting knowledge.
  • 3-5 years of industry experience.
  • Experience with NetSuite and Xero.
  • Proficiency in AP and AR processes.
  • Ability to meet monthly deadlines and improve accounting processes.
  • Experience with multi-currency transactions.
  • Knowledge of annual audit procedures.
