Senior Finance Analyst

£85-90K (6 month Contract)

Central London

My client is a fast growing tech company based in Central London and are looking for a Business Partner for initially 6 months to join the team.

Duties Include:

  • Partner with the CFO and COO to develop and implement the company's financial strategy. Own the production of financial planning and analysis to ensure the business has the data and insight it requires to deliver on its growth plans, supporting on investment and strategic decision making, as well as delivering the company's budget and forecasts.
  • Cash flow planning - understanding the company's sales cycle, cash outflows, and the key levers.
  • Commissions reporting and management
  • Engage with the business and the wider finance team to create best-in-class analysis/reporting and MI, delivering meaningful insights to decision makers. To include product/project reporting and pricing analysis. Collaborate with data team to ensure integrity and consistency of Salesforce revenue and ARR reporting.
  • Development of KPI framework to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation and provide insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Take a lead role in transforming the financial focus of the shared services function, with an ROI approach to investment decisions.
  • Build an understanding of the financial levers of the tech and product roadmaps, and related cost and resource allocations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Strong Excel - VBA Preferred
  • Budgeting and Forecasting experience
  • Must understand financial models.
  • Be able to start immediately.
