Exciting Career Opportunity for a Family Solicitor!

I am thrilled to present an opportunity to join a prestigious Law Firm based in Cheltenham, where you'll become an integral part of their well-established and experienced Family Law team, renowned for its excellence.

Immerse yourself in a positive and supportive working environment that fosters individual growth and the showcasing of extensive skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of private family matters, including but not limited to:

  • Child Arrangement Orders
  • Divorce
  • Matrimonial Finance
  • Post-Nuptial Agreements
  • Cohabitation Disputes

Requirements:
  • Approximately 8 Years PQE
  • A strong work ethic and positive approach
  • Commercial awareness and a robust understanding of business development
  • Proven track record of achieving career and financial targets
  • Excellent technical skills
  • Experience in mentoring junior staff members is a distinct advantage
