Role: Senior EU HR Administrator
Contract: 14 Months FTC
Salary: £35,000 per annum + Bonus
Location: Manchester - 1 day per week in the office

The Role

This role is for an individual that demonstrates the lend of HR Data analysis and reporting knowledge withing a matrix organisation. To be successful in the role you must have had previous exposure to utilising either SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or PeopleSoft within a HR capacity. You will be become the regional owner of the SharePoint site.

Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Point of contact for people data in the new SuccessFactors HR system, i.e. update and maintain HR master data in SuccessFactors to drive data quality for HR.
  • Act as Tier 2 escalation supporting the HR Service Hub Lead and HR Leadership Team for Reporting and Analytics within the Service Hub on SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
  • Act as Tier 2 escalation for all Org Management Changes such as but not limited to Creation of Departments, Creation of Cost Centre’s, updating and managing Matrix, Management and Legal view within SuccessFactors.
  • Supporting the creation and updating of all Regional Process documents for SuccessFactors EC and ONB.
  • Onboarding new legal Entities via data load in line with the project plan and providing guidance to local HR Operations Teams. Accountable for data loads supporting Re-Organizations and Onboarding of new legal entities.
  • To support the constant evolution of the Shared Service Hub looking at areas for improvement and alignment with the local HR Operations Teams.

Key skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Experienced working across matrix organisations with great stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated ability in system-based HR administration.
  • Strong reporting and analytical capability using tools such as Excel and power BI.
  • Able to communicate information and ideas clearly and articulately both in oral and written form.
  • An appreciation of the importance of working to service level agreements.
  • Identifies and prioritises customer needs and recognises constraints.
  • Ability to ask to as questions, check and evaluates information and sources.
  • Able to pick up and assimilate relevant information quickly and easily.
