A high-end residential construction contractor is now seeking a professional Senior Estimator with a passion for luxury and bespoke builds to join their expanding team in Cobham.

The Senior Estimator Role

The successful Senior Estimator will join a small, sucessful team and becoming an essential member in securing new projects and accurately pricing them, ensuring the company maintains its competitive edge and upholds high standards.

Working in close collaboration with project management teams, you'll ensure all financial estimates align with strategic objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver thorough cost estimates for upscale residential ventures, such as renovations, including all financial components comprehensively.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to collect all essential data for accurate pricing.
• Examine blueprints, specifications, and other paperwork to compile time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Assess cost-efficiency, track actual expenses in comparison to estimates, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Keep informed about industry trends, expenses, materials, and building methods.

The Senior Estimator

• Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry
• High-end residential experience essential
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of luxury specifications
• Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills, capable of generating detailed and accurate financial reports.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities, able to effectively engage with clients, contractors, and team members.

• £70,000 - £80,000 per year
