Senior EOT Adviser

AJ Chambers is delighted to be working with one of the UK's leading employment teams that is looking to hire an experienced solicitor, tax, or corporate finance professional for their specialist EOT team that advises vendors that are considering selling their business to their employees using the Employee Ownership Trust model.

The team guides its clients through the entire process of converting to EOT ownership, from initial feasibility analysis to completion.

The role will suit individuals with extensive transactional experience in the SME segment including exposure to EOT transactions. You may be a solicitor, tax professional or corporate finance professional and will likely have at least 5 years of experience advising clients on matters such as business planning and transition.

In reward

• £90,000 - £100,000 (dependent on experience)
