Senior Site Engineer

Building & Construction

£55,000 - £65,000 plus package

Nottingham

Are you currently a Site Engineer or Senior Engineer looking to work with a Tier 1 contractor on a flagship city centre project?

We're looking for somebody like you who wants to work on a diverse range of building projects for one of the UK's biggest names in the industry. You'll have full opportunity to be trained and developed into more senior positions, with all of the senior management team having progressed from junior roles.

The company you'll be joining work on projects up to £100m across Residential, Healthcare, Education and Commercial. They have secured several projects between Nottingham and Derby in the Healthcare and Residential projects. These projects range from small £1m refurbishments to £40m new build facilities so we're looking for a Senior Engineer to deliver one or several of these projects depending on size. The great news is, your long term future will be secured due to the workload they have locally, you can expect not to work more than an hour away from home.

As a business, they're amongst the leading contractors in the UK with a turnover of over £1b. Family run, the business is over 100 years old and still independently owned boasting a very strong financial performance year on year. Continuously looking to develop their staff, this is very much a role we see progressing into project management in the future. As Senior Engineer you can expect to deliver the setting out, QA and potentially some subcontract package management. On the larger projects you will manage junior staff and we'll look to progress you into a management or design role of your choosing as your career moves forward.
