On offer is a Senior Engineer position with industry leading company which work closely with all major water companies. This role will remain a hands on position, yet you will have the opportunity to develop others, be a main point of contact and offer solutions to the wider team of service engineers assisting on larger jobs or providing remote assistance to significant breakdowns or difficult PPMs.

This company employ 25,000 people globally and due to continued growth and expansion are looking for engineers in the Hampshire Area Full UK Driving licence required! This role will largely cover the Thames Water sites that this company operate on.

This position would suit a Mechanical or Electrical Engineer from Pumps, Water Treatment or WWTW, from a hands on engineering background looking for a senior position within the service team, to provide insight, be a main point of contact and to mentor and support the Service engineers while having your own technical development and benefiting from door 2 door travel.

The Role:

• Provide Support & assistance to the wider Service engineer team
• Install, Service & Maintenance of a range of large pumps and equipment
• Commercial, industrial, municipal sectors and WWTW
• On the job continuous development training, external training courses and professional development
• Lots of overtime, Door to door paid travel,

The Person:

• Pumps or Water treatment background
• Mechanical or an Electrical Engineer (NVQ level 3 or above (or equivalent))
• Confined space working or happy to go through training
• if mechanical bias: Mechanics (HGV, Cars), Manufacturing, Plant, Pumps, Pipe fitting backgrounds
• if electrical bias Electrical skills, 18th Ed, 2391, Contol pannels and similar
• happy to work in a range of environments including WWTW
• Full UK Driving licence
