Are you an experienced Employment Lawyer seeking a senior role in a dynamic and reputable law firm? We are looking for a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer/Solicitor with 8+ years PQE to join our thriving team at a well-established full-service firm based in Buckinghamshire

Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer, you will play a key role in our employment team:

• Advising employers on a range of employment law matters, including TUPE, restructures, employee relations, and changing terms and conditions.
• Managing a high workload and handling complex cases for medium to large corporate clients.
• Providing counseling and non-contentious advice to clients.
• Supervising and mentoring junior fee earners within the team.
• Developing new business from existing clients and building relationships with potential clients.
• Maintaining a high standard of client service and technical expertise.
• Collaborating closely with the Head of Department and Partners on cases.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE in employment law.
• Strong technical knowledge and experience advising employers.
• Proven track record of managing a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to lead by example, provide mentorship, and contribute to team development.
• Proficiency in business development and client relationship management.
• Willingness to travel to other offices and client sites as needed.
