Key Objective

We are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer with a rich background in electrical engineering and manufacturing, to help take the client to the next step in providing world class leading products

Requirements

* Experienced Electrical design Engineer or signal integrator
* Attention to detail
* Excellent organizational skills & good communicator
* Excellent planning and coordinating skills
* The ability to work under pressure
* Experience with building electrical processor boards or HW electrical prototypes
* Can design Electrical Schematics and create Electrical layouts for departmental reviews
* Ideally experience with design or testing of Passenger information systems, such as large-scale LED displays, TFTs or control systems.
* Designing Electrical projects with consideration of EMC & Signal integrity
* Experience using Hyperlynx but not essential
* Good understanding of Micro-Controllers / CPUs

Essential Skills

* Schematic design experience using Altium SW
* UK Resident or proof of right to work Visa

Tasks and Duties

* A new Senior Engineer to gauge understanding of our current processes and Systems, showcase how we can improve these and lead emerging Core products.
* Some examples of what my Senior Engineers in my Dept are involved with are; Design & Redesign of new and updated LED, Passenger information, controllers, New sign processor projects, the roll out of new Smart Ethernet based TFT systems & component obsolescence.
* Part of all stages of the standardised V diagram within R&D, including the creation of rapid prototypes, testing, compliance, and design consideration for scalable manufacturing.
