Our client, a leading international law firm with over 700 lawyers working globally, are looking for a Senior eBilling Controller to join their finance team in London.

The Role

The Senior eBilling Controller is responsible for the efficient operation of the eBilling function. They will have a detailed knowledge of a broad range of legal eBilling platforms and will use this knowledge to ensure that eBilling platform requirements are complied with. In addition to supporting 15 global Revenue Controllers/Managers and PAs with uploading of eBills, they will help resolve any eBilling related issues and will monitor the status of eBills across the firm.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Revenue control experience (a minimum of 2 years) gained within a legal partnership or LLP environment is essential.
  • At least 5 years' experience using web-based eBilling systems and vendors.
  • Strong working knowledge of various LEDES files.
  • Strong IT skills, with exposure to Excel and a practice management system, ideally Elite 3E.
  • Highly client focused.
  • Flexible with regards to working hours.
  • Knowledge of the Solicitor's Accounts Rules.

Standard working hours Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm. Hybrid working policy in place 60% office based, 40% remote.
